Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear items such as bras, panties, and intimate wear are non-returnable once opened.
We allow exchange only if:
- Wrong size was delivered
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is damaged during shipping
Conditions:
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Unboxing video may be required for damage claims.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
